Jason Dilger is Chief Accounting Officer of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings (CCOH), Inc. He was appointed to this position in May 2019. Jason leads CCOH’s global accounting functions including financial and regulatory reporting, internal controls, corporate and technical accounting and transaction support. In addition, he leads teams that provide accounting and business services for Clear Channel Outdoor Americas (CCOA).
Jason brings diversified experience as a senior financial professional and CPA. Prior to joining CCOA in 2011, he served as Corporate Controller of Sinclair Broadcast Group. Jason began his career in public accounting with nearly a decade of experience at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
