Kim Heintz is the head of human resources for Clear Channel Outdoor Americas, including Latin America. She is responsible for all phases of the employee lifecycle, talent planning and acquisition, organization development and design, performance management, talent development, succession planning, rewards and recognition, and employee engagement.
Kim is an accomplished HR leader with over twenty years of broad-based experience across media, commercial aviation, and HR services industries. She has demonstrated a consistent track record of driving execution and partnering with business leaders to achieve desired business outcomes. Kim earned an MBA from the University of Miami and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has HR certifications in domestic (SPHR, SPHR-CA) and international (GPHR) human resources from HRCI.
