Bryan Parker
Executive Vice President of Real Estate & Public Affairs, Clear Channel Outdoor Americas
Bryan Parker is EVP of real estate & public affairs for Clear Channel Outdoor Americas and has held that position since 2006. He is responsible for all asset-related management including regulatory matters both locally and nationally. In addition, Bryan oversees all transactional real estate and development. He also directs the company’s political outreach and is treasurer of the company PAC. He is a member of the company‘s operating committee, reporting to the CEO.
Bryan has been with the company since 1992, starting as a real estate representative and working his way up through various roles including branch president in Orlando, FL. Before his career in Outdoor, Bryan was employed in commercial real estate in the Central Florida area. He is the past chair of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America (OAAA) legislative committee and a former executive committee board member.
He graduated with a BA in economics from Florida State University. Bryan is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. He enjoys skiing and other outdoor activities with his family and lives and works in the Phoenix area.
